Ban Amphur, for the most part remains a sleepy fishing village where the majority of activity is the movement of small wooden fishing boats and the local Thai community going about their business.  It is becoming more developed as more people move into the surrounding areas, but is maintaining it's relaxed atmosphere that beachside living provides.

Built in 1991 and 1992 by Khun Somphong, who remains an honorary member of the Committee, the majority of apartments offer views of the Gulf of Thailand, Bang Saray Bay and/or the spectacular Khao Chee Chan, part of the Wat Yansangwararam Temple Complex.

People travel from as far away as Bangkok to experience the delicious seafood available at the numerous restaurants dotted along the beachfront.

Public transport is available via a regular ply of songthaews along Sukhumvit Road, just a short walk from the Condos, travelling North into Pattaya and South to Sattahip at all times of the day and night.
